Tsisqan Lodge held its Annual Fellowship from October 13-15 at Camp Baker. This year’s Annual Fellowship was out of this world!
The theme was “Return of the Arrow,” in celebration of Return of the Jedi’s 40th anniversary.
The event was full of intergalactic fun, kicking off on Friday night with the Brotherhood Cantina, a new rendition of the popular Brotherhood Lounge. The opening show was packed full with a costume contest, Wookie roar contest, Pin-the-Laser-on-the-Death-Star, and a live show!
Saturday’s activities included a compass course, an escape room, drone trench racing, a Death Star Observation, and much, much more! All the while, Darth Ben was attempting to foil any attempts at Brotherhood.
On Saturday afternoon, the youth elected new lodge officers for the 2023-2024 lodge year. The newly elected officers are:
- Lodge Chief: Hannah McCullough
- Lodge Service Vice Chief: Ian Freel
- Lodge Ceremonies Vice Chief: Ethan Green
- Lodge Membership Vice Chief: Thomas Green
- Lodge Administrative Vice Chief: Zachary Novak
The weekend wrapped up Saturday night with the annual lodge banquet, which included lots of award presentations, swearing in new officers, and the final confrontation between Chief Colbert and Darth Ben. The banquet ended on a solemn note with an Eternal Flame ceremony honoring, among others, the passing of Tsisqan Lodge’s first Lodge Chief, Jim Vitus.
It was a memorable weekend, and there’s an action-packed year ahead. The new officers are ready to start planning the 80th Anniversary program for next year’s Annual Fellowship.
