General FAQs
What is Conclave?
Each year, hundreds of Arrowmen gather from around the section for a weekend of fun and fellowship. During the three-day event, participants attend training sessions, participate in fun activities, watch exciting theme shows, elect new section officers for the year, and much more.
When and where will conclave be held?
Conclave will be held September 6-8, 2024 at Camp Baker located near Florence, OR on the Oregon Coast.
Who can attend conclave?
All members of the Order of the Arrow who are currently registered in Scouting and with their home lodge can attend conclave.
What can Arrowmen expect at conclave?
You can expect a weekend event packed with fun activities, exciting shows, unique training sessions, special events and competitions, and so much more with hundreds of Arrowmen from around the section.
Registration FAQs
How do I register for conclave?
Registration for conclave takes place online at the National Order of the Arrow Event Registration System (NOAERS). Login with your ArrowID and register for conclave.
Is registration required?
Yes! Registration is required to attend conclave. We are required to verify everyone’s Scouting registration and Youth Protection training compliance and therefore, are unable to accept any walk-ins at the event.
How much does it cost to attend conclave?
Registration for conclave is $50.00 and includes food, lodging, and all program for the weekend.
New Arrowmen receive a $5.00 discount when they register.
Is pre-payment required?
While paying for your conclave registration online before you check-in is preferred, we do accept payment at the door. When you register online, there is an option to pay at the door.
Can I register now and pay later?
Yes! We understand not everyone may have the money to pay the registration fee right away. You can register online and select “Pay at the door” to complete your registration. At anytime before you check-in, you can log back into your NOAERS account and pay the event fee. You can even make several smaller payments, if needed.
Am I required to be registered in the BSA?
Yes!

Arrival & Check-in FAQs
How early can I arrive?
Please do not arrive at camp prior to 6:00 pm on Friday, September 6. Our event staff will be busy preparing for your arrival until that time.
What do I need to check-in?
You will need the following to check in at conclave:
- BSA Medical Form part A & B
- Event fee payment (if applicable)
- Be registered in the BSA and be Youth Protection trained (18+)
Are medical forms required?
Yes! All participants of Scouting activities lasting less than 72 hours must have a complete BSA Annual Health and Medical Record, Part A & B. This health form is filled out by the participant and/or their parent/guardian and provides important information for our conclave medical staff in the event of an emergency. Medical forms are good for one year from the date on the front of the form.
Please bring a printed copy of your medical form complete, filled out, and signed with you to conclave. It is required to check-in. We must have a printed copy. Electronic copies will not be accepted.
Camping FAQs
Where will we be housed?
All conclave participants will housed in one of Camp Baker’s many campsites.
Please note, Camp Baker has limited Adirondack camping accommodations. It is strongly recommended that all conclave participants bring their own tent.
Do I need to bring my own tent?
Camp Baker has limited Adirondack camping accommodations. It is strongly recommended that all conclave participants bring their own tent.
I need special accommodations, how do I request those?
If you require special housing accommodations for health or mobility reasons, please indicate those needs on your registration.
I use a CPAP, where will I be sleeping?
There is very limited housing available with power accessibility. CPAP users should plan to bring their own battery to operate their CPAP machines. There will be a place to charge batteries during the day, if needed.
Can I sleep in my car?
Sleeping in your personal vehicle in the parking lot is permitted.
Will campsites be assigned?
Campsites will be assigned based on your registration information and will take into account Youth Protection requirements.
Can I bring my RV or camp trailer?
Due to the physical parking space available at Camp Baker, RVs and camp trailers will not be allowed at conclave.
If you require the use of an RV or camp trailer, you may consider making a reservation at one of these nearby locations.
