Registration for conclave will open later this spring!
Registration for conclave is required! There will be no walk-in registrations accepted. Pre-payment is highly encouraged and will speed up the check-in process, however, there is a pay at the door option.
Registration will close on Tuesday, September 3 at 11:59 PM.

Go Ridin’ with the Brotherhood at the 2024 Section G16 Conclave! Join hundreds of Arrowmen across the section and experience the excitement of conclave for $50!
Included in the registration:
- Participant Patch: Get the conclave participant patch to commemorate your conclave experience and wear it proudly on your uniform.
- Learn Something New: Three hours of training on Saturday morning with sessions from a variety of topics to choose from.
- Have Fun: An entire afternoon filled with fun and engaging activities all around camp.
- Compete in the Conclave-Wide Game: Participate in the conclave-wide game for a chance to earn prizes.
- Earn the Spirit Award: Complete the requirements for the Conclave Spirit Award to earn a special item.
- Bid High, Bid Often at the Auction: Bid on a variety of items in the silent and oral auctions, all while supporting the section.
- Check out a Special Event: Attend one of many special events or programs happening at conclave.
- Watch the Show: Be entertained with the evening show.
- Access the Mobile App: Download the conclave mobile app for your the ultimate guide for your conclave experience.
- 4 Meals: Eat four great meals prepared in the Camp Baker kitchen.
New Arrowman Registration – $45
Early Bird Ends July 31, 2025
Arrowmen who completed their Ordeal induction after September 2023 and will be attending their first conclave receive a $5 discount on their conclave registration.
In addition to everything included in the standard registration, new Arrowmen also receive several special perks.
- Special Nametag Lanyard: New Arrowmen are identified at conclave with a special colored lanyard.
- VIA Luncheon: New Arrowmen get to attend the Very Important Arrowman Luncheon, a special event just for new Arrowmen! At the event, new Arrowmen will meet a national officer and enjoy a special dessert treat.
- Other Special Events: There are other events throughout the weekend just for new Arrowmen.
- Special New Member Guide: Receive access to a unique conclave guide just just for new Arrowmen.
