Conclave Auction
Support Section G16 through the 2023 Conclave auctions!
There are two ways to help support the section through this year’s auction:
- BID HIGH & BID OFTEN in the silent and/or live auction at conclave
- DONATE items to the auction
About the Auction
The Section G16 Conclave Auction raises money to support the year-round operations of the section and directly benefits our youth Arrowmen of the section. Auction funds provide support to the section officers, provide training opportunities and resources for the lodges, provide financial support through scholarships, communications support, and much more! The section also uses funds to subsidize the cost of conclave to keep the event as affordable for Arrowmen as possible.
Donate to the Auction
The success of the auction largely depends on the donations we receive.
Consider supporting the section by donating to this year’s auction. Items of all types are accepted, including Scouting memorabilia, patches, camping gear, and much more! As long as it is in good shape, we will sell it.
Donations are tax deductible and donations over a certain amount are eligible for a special thank you gift (see donation levels below).
How to Donate
To donate to the conclave auction, please contact the Section G16 auction committee at auction@sectiong16.org to make arrangements to drop off a donation with a committee member.
Donations will also be accepted during conclave on Friday night. Please take all donations to the auction area.
Donation Levels
Youth and adult Arrowmen who donate items to the auction that are valued at or above a set amount will receive a special donation gift.
Auction donors will receive a special edition auction donor patch.
Patron donors will receive a limited edition Patron jacket patch.
