Shooting Sports Permission Form

We are excited to offer Cowboy Action Shooting at conclave this year. The Oregon Trail Council has developed a target and range activities (formerly called shooting sports) permission form for Scouts participating in target and range programs at camp.

All conclave participants under 18 years of age must have a completed permission form in order to participate in cowboy action shooting at conclave. The form must be signed by a parent or guardian and Scouts will only be able to participate in the shooting sports activities marked in the affirmative on the form.

Please print the form and bring it completed with you to conclave.

*Note: Cowboy Action Shooting is restricted to those 14 years of age and older.
