2019 Wauna La-Mon’tay Rendezvous Recap

Wauna La-Mon’tay lodge concluded their annual fellowship, rendezvous, Sunday morning. The event, held at Camp Meriwether, was full of sunshine, fun activities, fellowship, and great food.

The weekend started with a fun night of fellowship as well as the lodge museum! Saturday morning started with breakout sessions featuring lodge leadership development training as well as some other classes. The youth elected Trevor Horine as their new lodge chief for the 2019-2020 lodge program year. After lunch, Arrowmen had the opportunity to participate in a variety of fun activities such as rock climbing, tomahawk throwing, an escape room, and more. They also elected their new lodge vice-chiefs. The evening finished with a banquet, featuring the presentation of the Leadership in Service awards, Founders’ awards, James E. West recipients, and the vigil callout.

Arrowmen said farewell on Sunday morning, a sunny, but still very cold morning. Wauna La-Mon’tay’s next event is the Meriwether induction where they plan to welcome many new Arrowmen!
