Section Communications Request

Welcome to the Section G16 Communications Team request portal. 

This portal was created for members of the section Council of Chiefs to submit project requests to the communications team on behalf of their committee. 

Types of Requests

Committees may request any number of projects or resources from the comms team. Some of these include: 

  • A new page or post on the section website or an update/correction to an existing page or post.
  • Social media post
  • Graphics
  • Printed materials (i.e. flyers, posters, booklets, etc.)
  • Technical support 
  • Conclave mobile app
  • Photo or video
  • Promotional materials for an event
  • Branding resources
  • Written content

Request Form

Please click the button below to submit your request using the request form. Once your request is submitted, you will receive a response from the comms team in 1-2 business days (faster during events).

The request should be made from a conclave vice chief or adviser, section officer or adviser, or lodge officer or adviser responsible for the committee or program.
