2021 In Review – Lo La’Qam Geela

Lo La’Qam Geela had a tremendous 2021. Led by our chief and adviser team, Thackery and Seth, the lodge hosted multiple induction weekends and both a virtual and in-person fellowship. We brought nearly 30 new members into the fold, and the newly elected LEC is ready to charge forward this year to activate those Arrowmen.

Some highlights of our year include bringing the N.V.C, Greg Brown to our Fellowship, finally seeing each other in person again, and expanding our comms outreach.

Jackson Zagone will serve as the 2022 Lodge Chief, who comes from Eureka, California, a part of the Mow-A-Toc Chapter. We’re hard at work planning our LLD conference for this winter, and we encourage anyone who wants to join, reach out to Seth!

Our 2021 Vigil Class went through this December, so big congrats to Gage, Stephanie and Brian.

Lo La’Qam Geela is prouder than ever to have our first-ever national officer. Dirk Smelser was elected as the 2022 Gateway Region Chief last Tuesday, the first in our 27 years of being a lodge.

We look forward to seeing our firebirds and section friends at next year’s events!

With Brotherhood,

Lo La’Qam Geela L.E.C
