Wauna La-Mon’tay Lodge had a great Fall Rendezvous! In addition to all the fun games and trainings we had at Meriwether, the lodge elected their new lodge leadership for 2023.
Saturday morning Mason Lewallen was re-elected as lodge chief right after breakfast. Following that we had our trainings, which featured two new trainings: RC plane flying and Pinewood Derby car making. There was also a service project during the trainings. Then we finished elections, making Nathen Lobednik as Program VC, Rai Istook as Ceremonies VC, Aaron Watt as Membership VC, Trystan Stephens as Service VC, and Truman Grace as Communications VC.
After elections the activities started, which included the ranges, climbing tower, escape room, RC planes, and pinewood derby racing.
In the evening, the new leadership presented their vision and goals for the lodge and the chapters were given time for chapter meetings. Then our evening show started, featuring a multitude of awards and a fun game show! After the show, we inducted a number of Arrowmen into Brotherhood, with a new Brotherhood ceremonies team.
Sunday morning we left camp after a Scout’s own service. In conclusion, Wauna La-Mon’tay Lodge had a ton of fun and success at Rendezvous!
