About This Position
The brand manager is responsible for maintaining section brand assets, ensuring consistent branding across the section, and manages the overall section brand identity.
Reports to: Brand and Design Lead
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure consistent application of branding across section events, initiatives and publications.
- Maintain the section branding guide and brand assets and ensure accessibility of brand assets to team members.
- Provide brand guidance to other teams across the section to ensure content is aligned with the brand.
- Collaborate with team and section leadership to integrate branding into new projects and initiatives.
- Develop new branding resources in collaboration with team leadership
- Conduct periodic brand audits to identify areas for improvement
- Follows all team operating procedures and project workflows and meets all deadlines
- Attends and participates in all team meetings
- Adheres to the Section G16 code of conduct, all team policies and procedures, and the Scout Oath and Law
- Adheres to all Section G16 and Order of the Arrow branding and styling guidelines
- Promotes active recruitment of new team members
- Is a positive role model and representative of the section
- Maintains regular communication with the comms lead and brand and design adviser.
- Other duties as assigned by the comms lead
