2024 Tsisqan Annual Fall Fellowship Recap

Tsisqan Lodge held its Annual Fellowship on October 18-20, 2024 at Camp Baker with a special 80th anniversary celebration event.

The Clue-themed event kicked off on Friday night with Professor Plum’s Poker Room, where participants used their “Tsisqan Bucks” to play games and buy prizes in the auction while enjoying themed drinks from the Whodunnit Lounge. Later in the evening, participants gathered for the opening show where they were introduced to the theme storyline and accompanying event-wide murder mystery game, all with the goal of finding who killed Mr. Body (or in this case, the lodge adviser).

Saturday was packed with activities including an escape room, Jeopardy, rifle shooting, and much more. Arrowmen also bid on items in the silent and oral auctions, raising over $5,000 for the Tsisqan NOAC fund and Jim Vitus Leadership Development Fund.

On Saturday afternoon, the youth elected new lodge officers for the 2024-2025 lodge years.

The newly elected officers are:

  • Ethan Green – Lodge Chief
  • Emily Kinkade – Service Vice Chief
  • Kameron Darling – Ceremonies Vice Chief
  • Violet Hawkins – Membership Vice Chief
  •  Josie Lindsay – Administrative Vice Chief

The weekend wrapped on Saturday night with the 80 Years of Service banquet, which included presentations from the lodge adviser, council Scout executive, and lodge officers, the closing theme show, swearing in of the new officers, and awards. Ed Singer and Jackson McCullough were recipients of the Founder’s Award for the year and Ian Freel received the lodge Arrowman of the Year award.

It was a memorable weekend worthy of 80 years of celebration. The new officers are excited for what is in store for 2025.
