Arrowmen,
With spring beginning, that means the sun is out and Scouting activities are happening more often! All of our lodges have so many events planned for this spring from fellowships, inductions to service weekends they all hold the same values of brotherhood and fellowship. This spring season is also a time for us to welcome our new members. It is crucial that we make an impact on our new Arrowmen because they are the future of our Order. Making sure that they continue to be excited about the OA and Scouting, we have an obligation to make them active and enthusiastic members. Remember that everyone gets one induction experience and we have the ability to make it an everlasting experience.
To think that conclave is only six months away and we have so much in store for you. I can feel the excitement each and every day as we come closer to this event. Great plans are being made to ensure that this conclave will be one of the best you will experience. However, this event can’t happen without the help of YOU, in order for us to provide an outstanding conclave we need Arrowmen to fill various roles during the event. From being a trainer, leading an activity or being a part of the service corps. No matter your role at conclave as an attendee or staff we are always looking for those that are seeking to serve. I truly hope that you will be the one to step up and make a difference for our first time conclave attendees.
