Social Media Platform Support

About This Position

Platform support members are responsible for assisting and providing support to the platform manager in managing the section social media accounts.

Reports to: Platform Manager

Key Responsibilities

  • Supports the platform manager in completing their duties
  • Follows all team operating procedures and project workflows and meets all deadlines
  • Attends and participates in all team meetings
  • Adheres to the Section G16 code of conduct, all team policies and procedures, and the Scout Oath and Law
  • Adheres to all Section G16 and Order of the Arrow branding and styling guidelines
  • Promotes active recruitment of new team members
  • Is a positive role model and representative of the section
  • Maintains regular communication with the platform lead
  • Other duties as assigned by the platform lead

Special Qualifications

Candidates for this position should be active users of and have a good understanding of one of more of the following: Facebook, Instagram, TikTok.

Arrowmen must be at least 13 years old to serve in this position, as required by the terms and conditions of each social media platform.
