Want to help put on an amazing conclave experience for hundreds of Arrowmen? Serve as a conclave vice chief, or CVC!
CVCs plan and organize a specific program area of conclave including activities, training, shows, and much more.
The section is currently accepting applications for CVC positions for the 2024 conclave.
What are the requirements to be a CVC?
CVCs must be under the age of 21 through September 8, 2024.
Each CVC is responsible for leading a specific program committee for conclave, is required to attend conclave on September 6-8, 2024, and any scheduled COC meetings, and must maintain close communication with their respective adviser, committee members, section officers, and other members of the COC.

We are looking for a CVC for the following committees:
- Activities
- Auction & Merchandising
- Conclave Wide Games
- Shows
- Special Events
- Training
