I hope everyone is doing well. Election season is currently in full swing. This means that we need you to assist in your lodge’s unit elections team. Unit elections helped me realize that it is an important step in the induction journey. Elections are a wonderful time to expose scouts unfamiliar to the Order of the Arrow and let them know of the amazing program that we offer. Go and volunteer to conduct a few. We want to hit 90% of our units. This will ensure that the future of our Order will succeed.
Recently the planning for conclave 2022 at Powerland Heritage Park has begun. Now is a time more than ever for members like you to step up and help assist us in making this event possible no matter how small. Become a trainer, lead an activity or help with the service corps. There are plenty of opportunities for everyone. It will be a wonderful way to kick off the first-ever Section G16 Conclave and we want to make it one where that very important Arrowmen will make it one of their Scouting highlights.
I am excited to see Conclave 2022 come to fruition.
