I hope everyone is doing well. We are less than 50 days away from Conclave and I wanted to bring you some decisions that our team has made regarding Section W-1S Conclave 2020.
With Order of the Arrow inductions and many more troop meetings, summer camps, and district events being canceled this year, Section W-1S has decided to open the 2020 Conclave up to all Scouts.
We are excited to prepare a great event that can be enjoyed and can inspire everyone in our Scouting community. While still being geared towards Arrowmen, this virtual event will have activities, training sessions, and shows that can be enjoyed by all.
Non-Arrowmen will be able to participate in everything at virtual conclave except for ceremony related training and the section business meeting. We are excited to open our conclave to all Scouts, highlighting the best of Scouting and showing future Arrowmen what’s in store for our order.
