About This Position
Conclave Activity Staff play an important role in ensuring the success and smooth operation of the activities program at conclave. Volunteers in this position are primarily only needed between 11:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. at the event.
Reports to: Activity Conclave Vice Chief
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the setup, tear down, and cleanup of conclave activities.
- Assist in the operation of one or more conclave activities, as directed by the Activities CVC, ensuring participants follow all activity rules and safety procedures.
- Engage with conclave attendees in a friendly and professional manner.
- Collaborate with other activity staff and conclave leadership.
- Adhere to the Section G16 code of conduct and the Scout Oath and Law.
- Serve as a positive role model and representative of the section in all interactions.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Activities CVC.
This position requires attendance at the 2024 Section G16 Conclave.
