About This Position
Conclave Photographers help capture the memorable moments of conclave by documenting the activities, training, events, and gatherings throughout conclave.
Reports to: Comms Team Lead
Key Responsibilities
- Capture high-quality photos of conclave programs and participants.
- Collaborate with other photographers to ensure comprehensive coverage of the event.
- Maintain proper organization of captured photos during the event.
- Submit all captured photos promptly following the team’s procedures during the event.
- Engage with conclave attendees in a friendly and professional manner.
- Collaborate with other comms staff and conclave leadership.
- Adhere to the Section G16 code of conduct and the Scout Oath and Law.
- Serve as a positive role model and representative of the section in all interactions.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Comms Team Lead.
Volunteers for this position must provide their own photography equipment (phone camera is acceptable).
This position requires attendance at the 2024 Section G16 Conclave.
