Conclave would not be possible without all of the amazing volunteers working before and during the event.
Several of our committees are in need of volunteers for this year’s conclave.
As a conclave staff member, you get to help provide an amazing conclave experience for hundreds of Arrowmen around the section and deliver a program months in the making. We strive to have enough volunteers to rotate shifts to allow everyone time to enjoy all that conclave has to offer.
We are currently in need of the following staffing positions. Most are open to both youth and adult members unless otherwise stated.
- Activities
- Helpers to set up, tear down, and staff activities on Saturday afternoon

- Training
- Trainers to teach classes on Saturday morning (any topic)

- Host Lodge
- Service Corps members to help with general service needs, facilities, load in/out, etc.

- Registration
- Youth greeters to welcome people to conclave and help direct them to where they need to go when they arrive.

- Communications & Support
- Photographers
- Office/Support staff – answering participant questions in-person and electronically, supporting other staff needs
- Content members – written and graphic design for the mobile app, website, and social media
- Social Media team (youth Arrowmen) – cover all the conclave action on the section social media accounts.
