The conclave training program is a vital part of the conclave experience, providing Arrowmen with new skills and ideas to enhance their units, chapters, and lodges.

The section training committee is seeking Arrowmen to share their expertise as trainers for this year’s conclave training program. If you have a special skill or knowledge in a particular area, consider signing up to be a trainer!

Conclave trainers plan and lead one or more training sessions on Saturday morning of conclave. Additional time is required to plan and set up each training class.
