About This Position
Conclave Videographers are responsible for creating captivating video content of conclave. They will work closely with other videographers and photographers to fulfill video content requests, special projects, and ensure timely editing and uploading of videos.
Reports to: Comms Team Lead
Key Responsibilities
- Create engaging and captivating video content capturing the excitement and highlights of conclave.
- Collaborate closely with other videographers and photographers to coordinate coverage and fulfill video content requests.
- Film various events, activities, and key moments throughout conclave, ensuring comprehensive coverage.
- Maintain proper organization of captured videos during the event.
- Submit all captured videos promptly following the team’s procedures during the event.
- Engage with conclave attendees in a friendly and professional manner.
- Collaborate with other comms staff and conclave leadership.
- Adhere to the Section G16 code of conduct and the Scout Oath and Law.
- Serve as a positive role model and representative of the section in all interactions.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Comms Team Lead.
