Graphic Design Adviser

About This Position

The Graphic Design Adviser supports the Graphic Design Lead and graphic designers. They ensure the quality, consistency, and compliance of all graphic design projects and collaborate with other team members and external stakeholders to maintain brand integrity and elevate the visual identity of the section.

Reports to: Comms Team Adviser

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Graphic Design Lead in the completion of their duties.
  • Assist graphic designers in completing tasks, offering guidance and feedback as needed.
  • Approve all graphic design projects for branding compliance and quality, ensuring consistency with Section G16 and Order of the Arrow guidelines.
  • Facilitate collaboration among team members and external stakeholders to achieve project objectives.
  • Attend all team meetings and contribute to strategic discussions.
  • Adhere to the Section G16 code of conduct, team policies and procedures, and the Scout Oath and Law.
  • Ensure compliance with all Section G16 and Order of the Arrow branding and styling guidelines.
  • Actively participate in the recruitment of new team members.
  • Serve as a positive role model and representative of the section in all interactions both online and offline.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Comms Team Adviser.
