Conclave
Conclave is the annual gathering of the three lodges in Section G16. Each year, hundreds of Arrowmen gather for a weekend of fun and fellowship.
NLS
The National Leadership Seminar (NLS) is a conference focused on each leader’s skills and attributes. This program enhances the leadership skills of the OA’s key youth and adults.
DYLC
The Developing Youth Leadership Conference will deepen an adviser’s capacity to develop youth leadership within the lodge and chapter.
OAHA
OA High Adventure is the best way to experience Scouting’s high adventure bases at a fraction of the cost of a normal trek. There are currently 5 different programs offered for youth Arrowmen.
