We are about to get into the full swing of induction season and then summer camp. This is a great time to get involved. Use the inductions as a way to meet the new Arrowmen that are being inducted during the weekend. This is the best time to make the first impression and encourage them to come back. As for summer camp, have fun! I know that a lot of camps are still looking for staff so if you are interested, reach out to your council. As for something fun, activation events are a great way to get new Arrowmen involved and it is never too early to start planning in order to have a great event!
