Serve The 2023 Jamboree With Operation Arrow

Operation Arrow

Session 1 (July 16-23, 2023)
Session 2 (July 24-29, 2023)
Session 3 (July 16-29, 2023)

The 2023 National Scout Jamboree will take place July 19-28 at the Summit Bechtel Reserve in West Virginia. Arrowmen who may want to attend this event, but maybe can’t afford their council’s contingent fees, have the opportunity to attend by registering with the Order of the Arrow’s Operation Arrow 2023. Operation Arrow is an opportunity to experience the 2023 National Jamboree while providing service with your fellow Arrowmen. There are two opportunities to serve:

OA Service Corps: The OA Service Corps is our traditional service-oriented team that has supported jamboree programs and operations since 1950. It’s a great way to serve and see many different aspects of the jamboree. As a member of the OA Service Corps you will be formed into ‘chapters’ that provide support to jamboree programs and operations. This may include supporting contingent arrival, assisting with jamboree program staffing, jamboree show mobilization and more.

Summit Apex: The Summit Apex is the new jamboree outpost hosted by the Order of the Arrow. Summit Apex staff will lead this outpost program consisting of an afternoon and evening of unique activities providing each jamboree participant with new experiences, friends and an even greater appreciation for Scouting.

Operation Arrow Staff will be grouped together, so you’ll be with other OA members, and camp with the rest of the Jamboree Service Team members (JST).

You must be a minimum of 16 years of age on or before the first day of the Jamboree.

Young adult jamboree service team members (16-33) will pay a total fee of $675. Adult   jamboree service team members (34+) will pay $1,200.

Arrowmen interested in Operation Arrow can register at jamboree.scouting.org by selecting “Order of the Arrow Service Corps” or “Summit Apex” as their job choice.
