On January 21, leaders from around the section gathered in Eugene for the annual Council of Chiefs meeting.
As the first COC meeting of the year, section and lodge leadership and conclave committees met to begin planning the 2023 Section G16 Conclave.
Here are some of the highlights from the COC:
- The theme for the 2023 Section G16 Conclave was selected and will be announced on Monday, January 30th on the section social media channels and website.
- The annual section budget was approved
- The cost for conclave will remain the same as in 2022; $50 with new Arrowmen receiving a $5 discount.
- The comms team announced that they are planning to bring the conclave mobile app back for this year’s conclave on a new and enhanced platform.
Conclave will take place on September 8-10, 2023 at the beautiful Rogue Community College in Grants Pass, OR. More information about this year’s event will be released in the coming months.
