The section is currently seeking designs for the 2024 conclave patch set!
This is a great opportunity to showcase your creativity and have a visible impact on conclave. All Arrowmen are invited to submit their designs for consideration.
The patch set should consist of the following:
- Participant patch
- Staff patch
- Auction donor patch
Each patch must meet the following criteria:
- Include “Section G16”
- Include the word “Conclave” and the year “2024”
- Include “WWW” OR the OA Arrowhead
- Include a section brand element (logo) – see the Section G16 brand guidelines for proper usage
- Be related to the 2024 conclave theme “Ridin’ with the Brotherhood” (western) – See the 2024 Conclave brand guidelines for proper use of the conclave theme.
- Avoid copyright and trademarked materials (including words, phrases, and logos)
- Limit the amount of colors in each patch to no more than 12.
Each patch in the set may be completely different from the others, blend together, or be the same patch with minor changes (e.g. border color change).
All designs must be submitted as a PDF, .jpg, or .png file and sent to merchandising@sectiong16.org by June 1. The designer of the selected patch design will receive a free set of patches.
